Hisoka isn't in a good place at the moment. Because of this, he turns up missing. As the other Shinigami try to figure out the truth, they all find some rather unsettling clues around his house. Traces of a strange powder on the counter, the apartment looks rather trashed, plus there are traces of blood all over the floor and walls. Yet, Hisoka hasn't been alone for the past few days that he hasn't shown up for work. Where is Hisoka now and can they reach him in time before tragedy strikes?
 

Two men sat on Ann's bed, talking to each other. The man on the right twirled his long white beard. The man on the left was dressed in black and had his eyes narrowed at him.

"You sure this will work?" he asked. The bearded man in white nodded.

"Of course," he said. "No one will suspect her. She's perfect."

"How can you be sure that she'll be willing to do this?"

"We'll just ask her."

The man in black gave him a strange look. "Huh?"

The man in white grinned. "We can ask her right now."

The man in black glanced to his right. "Oh yes we can." Both men turned to Ann. She froze when their eyes met hers. The man in white smiled at her.

Chapter One: Paranoia:

Ann's condition is turning worse again. Not in the way that it previous was before she moved from South Carolina. No, it has taken on a more horrifying form. One that she can't cope with alone. Yet, she can't tell her husband and son. She doesn't want to worry them this time. However, she knows that she can't take this forming battle alone. Ann just needs someone to talk to.

December 7th, 2074.

Neko Mimi café drowned in the Christmas spirit this evening. The maids all looked like Santa's flirty elves in their costumes. Their songs made Ann tremble as she stared down into her spiced rum in her mug. She reached into her purse and looked at her phone. 10:04 p.m. She gripped her phone with all of her might.

Come on!, the woman screamed in her mind. Where are you?! You said that you would be here by ten. You would've called if you would be running late. Please hurry and get here! I'm at my wit's end! She looked up when she heard the bell on the door clang. Noiz looked around the café as the door closed behind her. Relief washed over Ann's face.
